






During that time, working directly with an assigned attorney, I wrote briefs, researched points of law, wrote final opinions for administrative judges and worked with witnesses. I also wrote two memoranda of record – one on the marital privilege and another on Pennsylvania’s Sunshine Laws, patterned after the federal Freedom of Information Act. In addition, I worked on requests for subpoena duces tecum, having to be mindful of the freedom of information regulations and privacy issues.
My current services in this area are as an editor for existing copy,
with minimal research.
